Enjoy Turkey Day! Remember, it’s a super carbolicious holiday, so only eat the carbs that are worth the calories.. for me it’s the sweet potatoes, pumpkin pie & wine. Dinner rolls are a waste of precious belly real estate if you ask me. Indulge, but don’t forget Thanksgiving is one meal and one day! So get your sweet cheeks moving the morning of, the day after or weekend of the holiday.
Enjoy some pics that didn’t make it into the other posts… Have a great holiday everyone!
Real clothes & real shoes..
Freshly made to order pumpkin spice donut (Ducks Donuts Herndon, VA)Blogging, what else…
Our boss, Danni’s going away dinner. I liked the candid pic. Sorry to everyone with a strange face.. Oh wait, that’s just me.
This was the sky just outside of the expo in Indianapolis. Seriously I had good vibes about that race all that weekend.
Here’s looking at you kid.
What do you most look forward to during Thanksgiving?
Do you workout/run/turkey trot the morning of?

My plan is to get a run in tomorrow morning to make the most room possible for stuffing, sweet potatoes, and wine. I usually try to on most holidays that will have big meals. Happy Thanksgiving!

that was my plan too! Go right into the meal with a calorie deficit. Hope you had a great thanksgiving Sam!

Love all the pics – and the cool new updated ‘About Me’ page as well … so many fun smiles between the three of you š
My plans are to take it easy on Thanksgiving, decorate on Friday (while Thing #1 is home from college) and get in runs at least two or three times over the long weekend … but not stress too much either way š

We’re putting up our tree today! After a long run of course. And yes, no stress during the holidays! I only ran thanksgiving day, and if i get around to it, i’ll do a 12-13 miler today. Also depends on this weird off/on rain we’re having today. Enjoy your Sunday!
